Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Shoe returns are only accepted due to incorrect size, manufacturer defect, or an error on our part. If you wish to make a return, please email us at support@sexishoes.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shoes returned due to incorrect size ordered are for exchange only. Refunds will not be issued unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with all original, non-damaged packaging. Damaged packaging (original manufactures box) will result in a refusal of return. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an outside carton. Do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box, as this will result in damage of the box and or shoes. It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping.

We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or error.

Refused Shipments - All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders.

Due to health regulations, all lingerie sales, hosiery sales, swimwear sales and clubwear sales are final. No returns / exchanges will be accepted on this merchandise.
